Lady Pamela Mountbatten inspects naval cadets, Portsmouth

Aug. 08, 1955 - Lady Pamela Mountbatten Visits Members of Girls Nautical Training Corps. The annual week training course of the Girl Nautical Training Corps. a voluntary youth organization for girls between the age of 14 and 20 interested in the sea and all things nautical, is being held aboard the Training Ship Foudroyant, in Portsmouth Harbor, and today, a visit was paid by the new appointed Corps. Commandant, Lady Pamela Mounbatten, which was the first occasion on which she has had the opportunity to meet some of the Officers and Cadets.
