Walk down any street and you will meet Arabs in their flowing robes jousting a smartly uniformed member of the Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Yugoslavia Nationality.Superficially all seems quiet and life continues at an even pace, but there is always the threat that the isolated sorties carried out by either side across the border could flars up into a whole scle war.
