Oct. 10, 1974 - Actress Lee Remick Who Plays Jennie, Lady Randolph Churchill In The New TV Series - Attends A Press Reception: Actress lee Remick, who plays Jennie, Lady Randolph Churchill in the new forthcoming Thames Television series, today attended a Press reception for a showing of one of the episodes. the story is the subject of Thames TV New series of seven hours long plays which covers her three marriages and her life from her teenage years in the early 1870's to her death in London in 1921. Jennie married Lord Randolph Churchill was the mother of Winston Churchill, Over 200 costumes were specially designed for the series, 80 of them for Lee Remick alpine, using authentic materials as far as possible. The reception was held at Thames TV House.
