Jun. 06, 1974 - Filming of Jennie, Lady Randolph Churchill': Filming was taking place today at Hamilton Hall, St. Albans, for Thames Television's new series of seven hour-long plays, Jennie, Lady Randolph churchill, made to coincide with the Churchill Centenary Year. The series stars Lee Remick as Jennie Jerome, who became the wife of Lord Randolph Churchill and the mother of Winston. Warren Clarke who plays the part of Winston Churchill, appears in al but the first three of the seven episodes as Winston between the ages of 16 and 47.
