April 6, 1965 - London, England, U.K. - Mr. LEO ABSE (April 22, 1917 - August 19, 2008), the Labour Member of Parliament for Pontypool turned up at the House of Commons for the Budget wearing a curry coloured suit with a strong 18th Century influence including a waistcoat of the period. This outfit was topped by a very special hat which he had imported from Paris
