Jun. 06, 1965 - Mr. Abse turns up for the budget in his Hot Suit Mr. Leo Abse, the Labour MP for Pontypool turned up at the House of Commons today for the Budget wearing a curry-coloured suit with a strong 18th Century influence including a waistcoat of the period. This outfit was topped by a very special hat which he had imported from Paris. Mr. Abse makes a point of being strikingly dressed for all Parliamentary occasions.
