Mar. 03, 1964 - General Debate Begins At UN Trade And Development Conference Continues General Debate The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development went into its second day of general discussions in Geneva today with some 1, 500 delegates and observers in attendance. The Conference which has been called to consider problems involved in the expansion of international trade as dynamic force in economic and social progress throughout the world, and to take practical steps to meet the special needs of the developing nations will last through June.
