1970 - He Wants The Foreign Workers Out Of Switzerland: on June 7th the Swiss population will have to vote on a very important matter. A initiative of MP James Schwarzenbach who wants a radical reduction of the foreign workers in Switzerland, because, he says, the more than one million Italians, Greeks Turks, Spaniards and so on are threatening the Swiss character and particularity. Government, all political parties and the economy are decidely against this initiative which on one side is the expression of xenophobia and on the other side is important danger for Swiss economy in its consequences
