1970 - Mr. Schwarzenbach wants the foreign workers out of Switzerland: On June the 7th the swiss population will have to vote a very important matter: A initiative of MP James Schwarzenbach (our picture) who wants a radical reduction of the foreign workers in Switzerland, because, he says, the more than one million Italians, Greeks, Turks, Spaniards and soon are threatening the swiss character and particularity. Government, all political partys and the economy are decidedly against this initiative which on one side is the expression of xenophobia and on the other side a important danger for swiss economy in its consequences
