Sep. 09, 1970 - Birth of rhinoceros in the zoo of Zurich.: After a pregnancy of 151 days a feminine rhinoceros was born in the zoological gardens of Zurich. It's the first time, that a rhinoceros was born in Switzerland. The young animal is well up and it may be seen by publics since Saturday. Befor the birth the big mother was a little nervous, so she had to be enclosed for 24 hours after her confinement
