Feb. 02, 1975 - World Citizen No 1 Difficulties: The man who owns World-Citizens passport number 1, Garry Davis is in trouble in Basel, Switzerland. The World Citizens has been sentenced to seven days prison by a Basel court for Illegal border crossing and was sent out of Switzerland into France. A few years ago this former United States citizens gave up his US passport and became the world's only World-citizen, and had traveled the world with his self given passport.
