Mar. 03, 1990 - Heavy storms over Switzerland: The heavy storms that wasted parts if western Europe in the last days of February also overrun Switzerland and caused big damages in certain regions. On the pass of Oberalp, swiss Canton of Grisons, teo trains have been derailed of heavy winds on February27 and more than 150 passengers had to spent the night in improvised shelters.
