Even with a loss of some 30 to 40 percent of its power compared to fuel driven trucks, the old vehicle reaches 60 km/h as its highest speed and can be fully loaded. Just to start is longer than usual, Some four/five minutes of firing time are necessary to make the wood-carburettor function
