Feb. 29 The tale of a pony tail or swinging switches: Monday is washing day for millions of housewives all over Britain and up go the washing lines in the gardens, and if you happen to look into Liz Brown's garden in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, it won't be washing you'll be seeing on the line but a number of blonde pony tails. Liz, 28-years old actress and model, not only shampoos her hair but her five hairpieces which she hangs out on the line for a blow while she reclines on her sunbed trying to get a tan. Liz, whose stage career began at the age of 16 and has appeared with artists like Max Bygraves, Hilda Baker and Winifred Atwell, is shortly to appear as a cigarette girl in TV's Coronation Street'. In private life blonde Liz is married to ex-wrestler Harold Brown, known in the ring as Frank Milo, and they have a five year old son Milo. And now that Milo is going to school Liz hopes to have more time to devote to her career and that's why she is looking after her hair - all of it. Liz says that the makeup department have difficulty in matching the unusual silver blonde shade of her hair with their hairpieces so she has a range of her own switches to choose from.
