London County Council buys TV sets for teaching in schools
Jun. 06, 1957 - Teaching By TV: The London County Council have ordered 20 models of a TV set specially designed for mass viewing. the set has a 27 inch screen, an automatically retractable hood for the prevention of screen reflection and locking doors for the prevention of dial twisting by unauthorised fingers.
