Lord Aberdare killed in a car crash
Nov 29, 1971; London, UK; LORD ABERDARE the 72 year old sportsman peer was killed today, when his car plunged over into the sea at Risan, on the Yugoslavian Adriatic coast. His bride of three weeks, actress GRIZELDA HERVEY escaped uninjured and was taken to hospital. The couple were on a honeymoon drive through Yugoslavia on their way home from Sofia, where Lord Aberdare had been attending the congress of the International Olympic Comittee.
