Father Adrian Hastings, of the College of Ascension, Birmingham, the Catholic priest whose report of a horrifying massacre in Mozambique over next week's official visit to Britain of Portugal's Prime Minister, Dr Marcello Caetano, today attended a luncheon organised by the Catholic Institutes for International Relations and marking Britain's 600th year of alliance with Portugal. Harold Wilson the opposition leader suggested that Fr. Castanet's visit should be scrapped unless Edward Heath was able to repudiate the report of the alleged massacres.
