Apr. 15, 1976 - Lieutenant Colonel David Randel appears at Bow Street on bribery allegations. Scotland Yard were still making inquiries into bribery allegations involving defence contracts worth millions of pounds and the possibility of more arrests might take place. Director of Public Prosecutions Sir Norman Skelhorn has indicated that he wants further inquiries to be made following the arrest of Lt. Col. David Randel who appeared at Bow Street today on two charges. He was arrested yesterday at the Malta Barracks, Aldershot, where he serves with the Royal Corps of Signals.
