Sep. 09, 1954 - Court Battle for custody of six year old Heiress. Heiress from Italy. Signora Dolores Zingone, wife of Signor Luciano Zingone, Italian chain store owner and President of the Italian Polo Club is in England living at a secret address with their daughter six year old Fiorenza. Signora Zingone is to be represented in Court for the custody of the child, a battle which is being opened by Signor Zingone in Italy. Signora wants to bring the child up with an English education and she says she is not rich but has enough money to live in comfort and pay for her daughter's education. The couple separated a few years after Fiorenza was born and an interim order gave the Signor custody of the child but she spent two months a year with her mother and it was during the period that she brought the girl to England saying that she would get a fair hearing here. Photo shows Signor Luciano Zingone on his arrival in London this evening to fight for the custody of his child. He says Here I will get Justice
