Mar. 03, 1957 - The Wiener Library To Move: The famous Wiener Library, founded by Dr Alfred Wiener as a weapon against Hitler, has to be removed from its premises at 19 Manchester Square, London, for a rebuilding scheme, and so far no suitable premises have been found. In 1934, Dr Wiener, who is now 72, left Germany and established his library in Holland to counter Nazi propaganda. He transferred to London in 1939. The library has 40.000 books. Photo shows a selection of Nazi journals received at the Wiener Library. They include Nation Europa, monthly journal of the new Fascist International to which Nazi friends from all over the world contribute; Wiking Ruf, journal of the Waffen-SS; Die Anklage (The Indictment), journal of an organisation provocatively styled Victims Outlawed by Post-War Discrimination'; and Der Weg, published in Buenos Aires, Argentina, one of whose chief contributors, Dr Johann von Zeers, is now adviser to Colonel Nasser in Cairo
