Man Accused in Bottom Pinching wins Court
May 05, 1970 - Man Accused in Bottom Pinching wins Court Case - Mr. Montago Myers who was given two weeks notice by his firm - H Mono Ltd won a court case against his former employers in the High Court yesterday. Mr Justice Fisher awarded him 888 damages for wrongful dimmissal-and said the judge, had Mr Myers tounhed women workers. Twice he had slapped the bottoms of a girl called Jean, and once had touched the bottom of a girl called Sadie Allen. But the Judge said: It is not proved that he touched, slapped, of pinched the breasts of any women workers. After the case Mr Myers of Font well-Close, harrow Weald, Middx Said, I racko i am one of the top men in the colthing industry, but at the moment i haven't a Job.
