Jan. 23, 1969 - Frankfurt engineer Gotz (Goetz) Wolfrum has a rather expensive hobby. After World War 2 he was a locomotive leader on the federal railway for some time. His hobby is building true-to-scale model trains. Pictured here is an expert who assisted him and a Prussian S9 Steam Locomotive, Class 14. The model was 1:7.8 scale, had a track width of 185mm, and cost 140, 000DM. It had 9PS and a speed of 25 km/hr. The locomotive itself was 2, 840mm long and weighed 290kg
