Oct. 10, 1957 - New extension of radio chemical centre. Products for export.: The new extension of the Radio Chemical Centre at Amersham - is being opened today by Lord Salisbury. The new building were made necessary by the increasing scope of the Centre's work - and world wide demands for its products. All the latest handling equipment has been installed - for protection of the operators against radio-activity. Photo shows a section of the new Radio Chemical Building for the preparation of labelled compound.
