Marcelino Dos Santos, poet and writer from Mozambique

Second in Command to Machel in the Frelimo hierarchy is the fiery patriot Marcelino dos Santos, here pictured giving the Black Power salute to the Tanzanian people as he departs with Machel for a triumphant homecoming in Mozambique.
