Marcia Williams becomes Baroness Falkender

Jul. 24, 1974 - Lady Marcia Joins the Lords: Her new ladyship, Baroness Falkender, of west Haddow in Northamptoshire, was yesterday introduced into the House of Lords as a life peeress. The Baroness is better known as Premier Harold Wilson's personal political secretary, Marcia Williams.
