Oct. 10, 1980 - Chinese Foreign Minister Mr. Huang Hua Calls On Mrs. Thatcher At No. 10: The Chinese Foreign Minister Mr. Huang Hua who arrived in London yesterday, called on the Prime Minister at No. 10, Downing Street this morning. The two day visit was arranged to make up for the trip to Peking which Lord Carrington should have made, but owning to the Gulg war he had to cancel.
