: Margaret Thatcher with Madame Tussaud's model

Margaret Thatcher with Madame Tussaud's model

May 29, 1980 - Mrs. Thatcher's twin?: A new wax sculpture of the Prime Minister yesterday joined the famous Madame Tussaud's collection in London. The portrait, by sculptor Ian Hanson, was made from a sitting in Downing Street last October and is surrounded by Cabinet and Shadow Cabinet figures. Mrs. Thatcher personally chose and presented clothes from her own wardrobe for the scuplture. Photo shows The real Mrs. Thatcher (left) visits Madam Tussauds to see her likeness for herself
