Margit Nunke, Miss Germany and Miss Europe

Jun 5, 1956 - Baden-Baden, England, Germany - MARGIT NUNKE (November 15, 1930 - ) was a well-known fashion model (cosmetics) and actress in the 1950s and 1960s. NUNKE was Miss North Rhine-Westphalia and was selected as Miss Germany June 11, 1955 in Baden-Baden. The following year, 1956, on June 1st in Stockholm, she won Miss Europe before 5000 spectators beating out 12 other candidates.
