Nov. 11, 1979 - Mark Thatcher to test formula Talbot with the no-petrol racing formula for 1980: Britain is to have a new single-seater racing car formula for 1980. Known as Formula Talbot. It will use vegetable based methanol fuel instead of petrol and much of the development driving will be undertaken by Mark Thatcher the 26 year old racing son of the Prime Minister.
