Feb. 26 NICOLA HEADS FOR THE CHOP. She may be only three years old, but tiny Nicola Mitchell certainly knows how to look after herself and won't have any boys pulling her leg. Her father is former karate international Graham Mitchell, so she's never short of expert coaching. Once a week the little blonde girl trains with a class of teenage girls who tower head and shoulders over her, but what she lacks in inches Nicola more than makes up for in enthusiasm and determination. And of course there's time to train every day at home in Norburyn South London - mother Sally Mitchell is herself a green belt. The tiny karate star has been taking lessons since she could walk, and she looks forward to the day when she'll be able to chop something in half with her hare hands.
