Mar. 03, 1972 - Man Alleged To Be Martin Bormann Arrested In Jungle: An elderly German recluse alleged to be Martin Bormann, Hitler's deputy, was under arrest today after secret police marched into his jungle home. Colombia has asked West Germany to supply Bormann's fingerprints for comparison with those of the arrested man, Johann Ehrmann. Security men arrested Ehrmann in a remote region of southern Colombia after a magazine claimed that he was really the deputy Nazi leader. Bormann would be 71 if still alive today.
