The Mary Bell Murder Case
1968 - Pictured: Mr. Howe father of 3 year old Brian Howe one of the two dead children. Mary Bell became notorious at 11 after being convicted of strangling two small boys. Mary Bell was sentenced to life detention for the manslaughter of 4 year old Martin Brown and 3 years old Brian Howe, at Scots cod, New castle. The police launched an investigation and Mary Bell was arrested on Saturday 25th May 1968
