Maurice Bishop, Prime Minister of Grenada
Jun. 06, 1983 - Prime Minister Maurice Bishop of Grenada held a news conference at the United Nations headquarters building in New York City today to discuss his two week visit to the United States. During his visit Mr. Bishop was unable to see President Reagan to discuss the disagreements between his country and the United States over the Caribbean basin but he did speak to high level officials in the State department about these differences
