The harps, which are built by 49 year old MAX HORNGACHER from Starnberg, Upper Bavaria are very popular with their purchasers all over the world. Not only private musicians but also the harp players of the big orchestras of the world appreciate the delicate instruments he makes. Sweet harp tones from the Horngacher-instruments can be heard at Bayreuth, at the opera of Tokyo, La Scala Milan as well as the Metropolitan Opera of New York.
