Nov. 14, 1960 - 14-11-60 The Bricklaying Chimp Maxie, a chimpanzee from the Bertram Mills Circus, today tried his hand at bricklaying on the site of the new Cancer Research building in Lincoln Inn Fields. On December 21, there will be a charity performance at Olympia in aid of the Cancer Research Fund, which will be attended by H.M. The Queen.
