Nov. 11, 1949 - New agreement reached on the German problem. Foreign Ministers attend Paris conference.: Mr. Bevin; Mr. Dean Acheson and M. Schuman the Foreign Ministers of Britain - France and the United States, reached a final agreement on a new an more liberal policy towards the West German Federal Republic.Decisions are to be made to Germany including a revision of the dismantling programme in return for guarantees of good faith by the Bonn Government.
