May 05, 1954 - H-bomb Talks Start in London: Delegates from Britain, the United States, France, Canada and Russia, met in Lancaster House, St. James's today, to try to reach agreement on control of the atom and hydrogen bombs. Mr. Selwyn Lloyd, Minister of State, made the Opening speech. The conference is a sub-committee of the UNO Disarmament Commission.
