Apr. 17 Exhibition Mehmet Came From Anatolia In Munich: An exhibition of works from Turkish artists called Mehmet came from Anatolia has been opened at the Kunstverein in Munich. Paintings, drawings and objects as well as a photographic documentary about the social life of the foreign workers in West-Germany are shown there. The exhibition comes from the Kreuzberg section of West Berlin. At this working-class district there live about 28, 000 Turks. Photo shows the Turkish sculptor Mehmet Aksoy (37) with one of his works, shown at the exhibition. It is a 2.40 mtrs tall metal arm, titled: Stop, it will not stay the way it is
