1954 - Russian Dancers Arrive in London: A Company of Dancers and Musicians from Moscow arrived by air from Amsterdam at London Airport this evening. They will appear at the Stoll Theatre for three weeks, commencing April 28th. Known as the Moscow State Dance Company, they will be seen in a representative programme of folk and traditional dances. Forty-seven women, nearly all Blondes are included in the company, and all are brilliant dancers. Their wardrobe of costumes is insured for 25, 000.
