May 05, 1960 - Californian makes tablet for Birthplace of Statue of Liberty an American from California, Milt Forrest, was surprised to learn visiting Paris some time ago that the Paris workshop where the statue of Liberty was made 75 years ago had no memorial tablets over its facade. Returning to his home town me made a tabmet which has now brought back to Paris to be pet placed on the outer wall of the mouse where the famous statue was Born after a model designed by Bertholdi.
