Feb. 02, 1966 - Bomb recovered from Thames at blacfriars. The unexploded bomb which was discovered yesterday on the bed of the Themes at Blackfriars, was today bough to the surface by Royal Navy experts. Photo shows Royal Navy divers seen in a dinghy watching as the bomb is heisted out of the Thames by erane, after one of the divers had attached a line to the bomb, which later taken up river for disposal
