Aug. 08, 1965 - A special Privat Museum has collected the 45 years old Harald Kebbel (Harald Kebbel) living in Nurnberg. The former scientific assistant has nearly 3000 soldierhelms and officer hats, about 3000 orders from Germany and Austria (without decoration of the III Reich) and 120 military coats. Apart from those articles Kebbel collects also other militarias, namely tin soldiers, especially old and very old ones, as well as technical literature about military, costume knowledge and cultural history. About this he possesses nearly 1200 books. Harald Kebbel comes from Weimar and when he moved to Nurnberg in 1957 he got already the basis for his unique collection from home. At his new home he changed and bought lots more. Photo shows Harald Hebbel with his wife in his Privat Museum. Mrs. Hebbel got a lot of work to keep all the pieces of the museum always clean
