The first International Congress of Maritime Museums of the Atlantic Basin, opened today at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London. Keystone Photo Shows: Among the US delegates is captain Elma Ellis, who is in charge of the Naval Academy Museum in Annapolis and she is seen here looking at an anchor which was landed at Folkestone in 1950 - outside the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich today
