Feb. 02, 1978 - Japanese Mini Pyramid In Egypt A team of archaeologists are to build a pyramid in the Egyptian desert in an attempt to discover how the ancient Egyptians were able to build the Great Pyramid of Cheops, more than 4, 500 years ago, a mystery that remains unsolved to this day. The Japanese mini pyramids is expected to be one fifteenth size of Cheops, and will be completed within three months by 10, 000 workers, and cost one million dollars. The team will use primitive methods of the ancient Egyptians, stone axes will be used to cut out the stone from the other side if the Nile.
