Feb. 25 People's General Assembly at Appenzell Innerrhoden: Men vote against women's voting and election rights again. At the Landsgemeinde (People's General Assembly) on Sunday in the small Swiss canton of Appenzell-Innerrhoden men are voting against women's rights to vote and to elect. This was the second attempt to introduce these rights at canton level in this canton. Keystone Zurich 82-4-26
