Jun. 06, 1970 - Michael X Gang put slave collar round the neck of a London Businessman: A London businessman was forced to wear a slave collar around his neck and was marched around a room like an animal in an agricultural show when he visited Black Power Leader, Michael X, Michael Abdul Malik, a court heard yesterday. The meeting took place at the Black House Commune, in Holloway Road, Islington. Malik and about 25 to 30 other black men ridiculed the businessman, Mr. Marvin Brown and he was pulled along by the collar, Mr. Arthur Flavell, prosecuting, told Wells Street magistrates. Malik appeared with seven other men, charged with robbing Mr. Brown, of Newborough Street, Westminster, of £5.
