Michael and Christine Taylor, exorcism and inqust, Wakefield

Apr. 23, 1975 - The Great Exorcism Inquest: Marie Robinson, 22-year-old lay preacher, described at the inquest of Christine Taylor, an all-night exorcism she held at the home of Michael Taylor, at Wakefield, Yorkshire, who attacked his wife, Christine, tearing out her eyes and tongue. Marie told how Michael became weirdly affected by the Moon. At the trial last month. Michael claimed that Marie, a music teacher and evangelist had seduced him with her eyes'. He went on: I can still see those eyes. I saw her standing naked before me and I was naked. She turned and her eyes became slits and I felt the evil within me. I fought it-oh, how I fought it, but it overcame me. Photo shows Michael Taylor and his wife, Christine - he tore out her eyes and tongue
