Four members of the Committee of 100, the action arm of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament which plans non-violent invasions of NATO H-Bomber bases tomorrow, were arrested at their London headquarters this morning. A warrant for the arrest of Michael Randle, the Secretary, has also been issued.
