Sep. 09, 1980 - During a television programme on Channel 2 last night, a presidential candidate presented himself as the executor of Charles de Gaulle. Michel Debre was a former Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance and of Defence. He believes that France lost its role in international competition during the seven-year term of Valery Giscard d'Estaing. He is pictured here on the programme Cards on the Table
