Oct. 27, 1969 - No Jail For Rolling Stones, Richards And Jagger: Rolling Stones, Keith Richards and Mick Jagger, will not go to jail. The Court of Appeal today quashed the drugs conviction against Richards. It dismissed Jagger's appeal, but substituted a conditional discharge for a three months jail sentence.
